Under NEW MANAGEMENT & OWNERSHIP for 2019/2020 & Taking on New Customers 

We are a family owned & operated business that lives and plays on the mountain.  We pride ourselves in having family members who have been working and living in this community for over 20 years who have passed down their valuable information and mentorship.  We are not new to this, and know what it takes for you to be successful in having consistent rentals and returning guests.  We are here to stay.  We also work with the community providing employment opportunities for individuals who live here, first.

If you are new to the rental business let us help you get what you need or better yet, let us do all the work for you.  We can purchase everything and have your unit up and ready to go as well as help you along the way.   

Being in control of your own rentals is an easy and flexible way to run your rental unit, it allows you to be in control of your own bookings.  You can book family vacations around your schedule and even have last minute get away's  in between guests.  Let us manage everything else; your cleans, your guests, your emergency services, your supplies, your security walkthroughs when your unit is empty, your garbage removal and even your hot tub.  Having only one company to deal with everything is sometimes simpler especially if you are out of country or out of town.  We want you to feel secure knowing someone is taking care of your rental property.

Detailed Cleaning Services

Attention to detail cleans

We clean like cleaning should be done, with attention to detail. We clean bathrooms and kitchens (Grandma's way), damp dust all surfaces, vacuum and wash floors, wash and dry linens, change sheets & towels.  Then display your home for your next guests.

Deep Cleaning Services 

Off-Season Cleaning

Deep cleaning is highly recommended to maintain your home for a busy rental season and should be done at least once a year.


Deep Cleans can include; 

Ovens, fridges, overhead fans, cupboards, drawers, light fixtures, furniture legs, cleaning under kitchen appliances, furniture, beds, side tables, washing walls/baseboards, ceiling cobwebs etc.  Everything & anything you choose.  

We can also do; 

Interior High Windows

Wooden Blinds

High Fans

**This service is an hourly cost &/or by quote only **

**Deep cleans are done in October - November**

Supply Services

Let us stock & replenish your homes supplies

Many owners find it easier if we just stock and replenish their homes supplies, for guests use.  

We provide everything your guests require for their stay; 

Pump hand soaps, shampoo, liquid shower soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags (green), white garbage bags for small containers, dishwasher soap/pods, liquid dish soap, foil etc.

 

Management & Guest Services

You manage the reservations, we manage everything else. Let us be the contact for your guests during their stay, we can also be your "onsite 24/hr contact" and make sure your home is safe & secure , so you can relax!!


Owners are provided security that we are caring for their home as if it were our own.  Ensuring heat/fireplaces are at the appropriate temperature for the weather when guests leave.  Ensuring lights are off, windows and doors are locked, hot tub covers are closed & locked if required. We enter new guest door codes and ensure garage codes are changed.  Your guests can also contact us directly at anytime during their stay should they need assistance or have an emergency.  We have our own service department to deal with minor repairs and we can manage any large repairs to any unit.  We will change batteries, reachable light bulbs, assist guests with anything during their entire stay.  We will report any and all discrepancies and/or damages to your unit as soon as they are noticed. 

Insurance Walk Throughs

Let us take care of your home in the Off - Season. 

As most insurance policies require absentee homeowners to have their home checked. We can provide you with this service.  We provide you with a reliable, efficient weekly walk throughs.  We look for water leaks,  frozen pipes, unusual smells, any foreseeable entry, broken/unlocked windows/doors, anything out of the norm.  We keep a record of when these walk throughs are completed should your insurance company require them.
